Our structure utilizes the practical, proven principles of The DBT Workbook for Narcissistic Abuse and Gaslighting by Katelyn Baxter-Musser, MSW. You will gain concrete skills in Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Mindfulness to help you process the lasting impact of abuse, establish healthy boundaries, rebuild self-worth, and transition from surviving to thriving.
